Digital Certificates


Digital Certificates are the digital equivalents of paper-based certificates.​ They document the completion of a task by providing proof in the form of a certificate that can be viewed on a mobile device or a computer, can be shared on social media, sent through email, or printed on paper. Plans and Pricing


We offer three plans (Basic, Standard, and Pro) to fit various users needs. The Basic plan allows you to create 5 certificates for free. The pricing for Standard and Pro plans is per recipient, which means that you can issue an unlimited number of certificates to each recipient. For more details visit the Pricing page




Sign Up / Log In


In order to issue credentials, you need to create an issuer account. Click on the "Log in" button displayed on the upper, right corner of the Gutenbergcerts webpage, and then, if you are a new issuer with Gutenberg, click on Sign Up and enter all the required information. Once your account is created, you can start issuing certificates.




Certificate Templates


You can custom design your digital certificates by creating different templates. Click on Create Certificate Template button which can be found on the Home page and also on For Issuers page. Add your own logo and customized text while previewing live the design of your certificate. Save your template.




Issuing Certificates


Go to Manage Templates page by clicking on "My Templates" from the drop-down menu under your login id. Select one of your templates and click on "Issue Certs" button to issue the certificates. You are then directed to the Recipients page where you have the option to enter the name of the recipients one by one, or to load the recipients from a file. When you are done, just click the "Send Certs" button and the certificates are sent to recipients.




Viewing Certificates


Go to Manage Templates page by clicking on "My Templates" from the drop-down menu under your login id. Select one of your templates and click on "View Certs" to view the certificates issued under that template. To view details about a certificate, select the recipient and then click on "View Selected" button.




Blockchain Verification


Gutenberg digital certificates are secured in blockchain, which means that they are tamper-proof, impossible to manipulate and corrupt.




Zoom Integration


Gutenbergcerts application is integrated with Zoom in order to allow the host to issue certificates at the end of a meeting/webinar. For more information visit the Zoom Integration page.
